Hotel Charly

The staff was extremely helpful in retrieving a lost bag. Breakfast was friendly with ample food. The location was conveniently close to the train station and metro lines. The garden was lovely. Good internet connection. Clean and comfortable with a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The location was very convenient, close to the central railway station, metro lines 1 and 3, and within a 20-minute walk from a popular landmark. The staff were kind, friendly, and proactive, making the stay more enjoyable.

The automatic door was slow to open, a bit tricky, especially when leaving the hotel. The narrow staircase and several stairs to reach the room might pose a challenge with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Additionally, the hotel has a lovely grassy area in the backyard where guests can relax and unwind.

The carpet in the room had a somewhat unpleasant odor at times, affecting the overall cleanliness of the space.

Its location was perfect, being very close to the central station and the metro station. We could easily walk to the city center within 25-30 minutes or take public transportation. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and we found them to be comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, including the reliable Wi-Fi and the beautiful gardens.
